Terms

These terms apply to kirac.com.

Accounts

You are responsible for the email address and login methods attached to your account. Purchases and memberships are tied to that account.

Films

Buying a film grants streaming access on kirac.com (and future KIRAC apps that use the same account) for that title. It is not a download licence unless we say otherwise.

Membership

A yearly membership grants streaming access to membership and paid films in the archive for 365 days from the date of payment. Qualifying KIRAC Patreon pledges may grant the same archive access while the pledge stays at or above the published threshold.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Mollie. Cryptocurrency payments, when offered, are processed by PayRam. We do not store full card numbers.
